chore(model gallery): add flux.1-dev-ggml

Description

This pull request introduces a new configuration for the flux-ggml model and updates the gallery index to include the new model. The most important changes include the addition of the flux-ggml configuration file and updates to the gallery/index.yaml to reference and describe the new model.

New Model Configuration:

• gallery/flux-ggml.yaml: Added a new configuration file for the flux-ggml model, specifying backend and options.

Gallery Index Updates:

• gallery/index.yaml: Added a new entry for the flux.1-dev-ggml model, including license, description, tags, and file references.
