Looks like the current state of ocl-icd doesn't really support Windows. The remaining failure points to a deeper issue (a mismatch between the stdcall API signature coming from the Khronos headers and what's used in the code), and the other builds have several potentially problematic warnings (unsupported hidden visibility, and integer size mismatches due to e.g. casting and printing pointers as long).

I don't have the time to investigate this more deeply, so I'll close this.
