🛠️ Professional Experience and Projects:
I currently work as a Data Analyst at the University of Texas at Arlington, where I analyze support tickets using tools like Power BI, Jira, and Oracle Analytics Cloud to enhance services for the UTA community. I lead efforts to create dashboards and optimize workflows, driving significant improvements in operational efficiency and response times.
Previously, I was a Business Intelligence Analyst at Etech Global Services, where I developed real-time dashboards using Tableau and Python for sentiment analysis, improving customer satisfaction. My work also included building ETL pipelines with tools like Apache Kafka and AWS Redshift, automating data processing tasks.
