PwnIsland auto hooks and easy enabling/disabling of said hooks

Commands

hook <argument> [<arguments>]

• edit <module> - edit a module (or create a new one)
• remove <module> - remove a module
• run <argument> [<modules>]
• list - lists all modules

Run Command

• no argument - run with all modules
• none - run with no modules
• add [<modules>] - run with only the modules specified
• remove [<modules>] - run with everything except the modules specified
