Improved window handling

Early release with a basic set of features. Runs stable in tested situations but may crash in other circumstances.
Mostly internal changes to improve stability and fix reported issues. Now every window can be made fullscreen on any (physical) display. Furthermore, each display can become main window which allows to switch back and forth between other applications and the last viewed display.
Fixed problems (among others):
- Full screen splitting
Known problems:
- Handling display config changes not properly implemented
- Custom layout creation might not work in some situations or has some visual glitches. This features is still experimental.
Minimum system requirements are OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion) and has been tested on 10.12 (Sierra). Please let me know about problems and bugs.
