Back in September 2020, we turned off the [CISv1 Person API](https://github.com/mozilla-iam/person-api). The gsuite-community-drive-driver depended on that API to function. As there was no appetite to update the gsuite-community-drive-driver to use the [CISv2 Person API](https://github.com/mozilla-iam/cis/blob/master/docs/PersonAPI.md) at that time, we just disabled the gsuite-community-drive-driver. As there was no appetite to update the gsuite-community-drive-driver to use the CISv2 Person API at that time, we just disabled the gsuite-community-drive-driver.
This PR captures those changes that were made to the deployed instance of gsuite-community-drive-driver
