CoT is not currently functioning properly and won't be fixed until this lands: mosaicml/composer#2800
For now we need to remove them from the gauntlet. This PR introduces a modified v0.2 yaml with GSM8k, SVAMP, Aqua, and AGI eval SAT math removed.
