All of this is to just do a small lint change, but am now in merge hell due to 0.19.0 release, will just create another pr and add lint change to next change. |

This PR is updating the workflow to support Python 3.11 + Torch 2.3 + FA 2.5.0. It has passed Corgi regression tests as well as a manual test run
