🚀 Feature of #106

Rust based Rosetta Statefulsyncer for SDK Spec

Description:

  • StatefulSyncer is an abstraction layer over the stateless syncer package. This layer handles sync restarts and provides fully populated blocks during reorgs (not provided by stateless syncer)
