Pre-release upsync utility.
The following features are implemented:

• Authentication with upstream server
• Categories and updates sync'ing from upstream server
• Delta sync'ing of updates and local caching of update metadata
• Update content sync'ing
• Metadata queries using title, update ID, classification and product IDs as filters
• Export select updates to a WSUS compatible format
• Distribute updates to other WSUS servers
