Fix Desktop Copilot issue due to tenantId empty and localization changes

This pull request includes changes to the localization files l10n/bundle.l10n.cs.json, l10n/bundle.l10n.de.json, and l10n/bundle.l10n.es.json. The changes are mainly additions of new translated strings, which include warnings about AI-generated content, instructions for users, and some interface labels.

Changes in l10n/bundle.l10n.cs.json:

• Added a new translated string warning that AI-generated content can contain mistakes.
• Added new translated strings for interface labels such as "Copy to clipboard", "Explain the following code snippet:", and "Feature is not enabled for this geo.". [1] [2]
• Changed the translated string "Open in Power Pages" to "Open in Power Pages studio".
• Added new translated strings for interface labels such as "Selection is too large. Try making a shorter selection.", "Thumbs Down", "Thumbs Up", and "To know more, see Copilot in Power Pages documentation.".
• Added new translated strings for instructions and prompts.

Changes in l10n/bundle.l10n.de.json:

• Similar changes as in l10n/bundle.l10n.cs.json, but translated into German. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6]

Changes in l10n/bundle.l10n.es.json:

• Similar changes as in l10n/bundle.l10n.cs.json, but translated into Spanish. [1] [2] [3] [4]
