Fixed up the cloned event to fire correctly on the dragula-and-drop custom element.
Thanks to @zhhz for pointing out a problem with the code, even if I didn't end up using their fix.
Also thanks to @doeck for showing me a problem with the docs, which has now been fixed for this release
