Building the Workshop site

The content of the workshops is built using hugo.

To build the content

1. Clone this repository

git clone --recurse-submodules https://github.com/aws-samples/aws-hpc-tutorials.git

2. Install Hugo. On a mac that's:

brew install hugo

3. Run hugo to generate the site, and point your browser to http://localhost:1313

hugo serve -D

Update Theme

The project uses hugo learn template as a git submodule. To update the content, execute the following code

pushd themes/hugo-theme-learn
git submodule init
git submodule update --checkout --recursive
popd
