First release

First release of the SENTAnalyzer plugin.

This version provides the basic functionalities needed to decode SENT frames

It supports SENT frames:

• With up to 6 data nibbles
• With or without pause pulse
• With legacy or "new" CRC calculation

Attached to this release is the DLL for windows (built for x64, using Visual Studio 2017)
