Use case:

Input:

1- Scanned passport image
2- User's picture

Logic

1- Extract passport information from the scanned picture
2- If its a UK or EU passport check its validity otherwise fail
3- Check its not expired
4- Check the user's picture matches the one in the passport
5- Publish a UK entry event
