Jotego Analogizer Configuration Wizard

Jotego's cores all got Analogizer support, but they require a python script to configure the settings for it. If installing python isn't something you want to do, I've added the config builder into this release of pupdate. It automatically moves the file to the correct location. Just go to the Pocket Setup menu and you will see it there
