What's new compared to 5.5.1?

  1. The matsim version was set back to matsim2020w51. This is mainly because there are substantial changes in drt (insertion) that are still under development and need further testíng.
  2. Updated optDrt dependency which now will dump out the fleet evertyime it is modified.
  3. Added unit tests on air pollution analysis and more stuff..

Bottom line:
For users that do not touch drt, nothing should have changed compared to 5.5.1
