TTS applies modern methodologies and technologies to improve the public's experience of government. TTS offers shared services, products, best practices, and standards that make it easier for agencies to deliver simple, seamless, and secure customer experiences.

Ann was previously Senior Advisor for Technology and Delivery to the administrator at the <a href="https://www.sba.gov/">US Small Business Administration</a>, where she worked on technical strategy and service delivery, technology modernization and capacity building, and the many places where policy implementation intersects with technology.

Ann is a tech industry veteran with deep expertise in cloud architecture, full-stack software development, distributed systems scaling, and cyber security. Ann started her career as an early software engineer at Amazon, when Amazon was still a small business. Ann subsequently worked as a software engineer and technical leader at startups, consulting companies, and edtech companies, and from 2015-2021 Ann was the CTO of <a href="https://www.moveon.org/">MoveOn</a>, where she built the in-house tech team and helped the organization build and scale up core infrastructure.
