Initial firmware 3.2a for 1541 Ultimate II+ (Spring 2018) by Gideon

This Version that has been released on new production boards of the U2+ and U64 by Gideon.

• Saving to TAP files repaired
• Many Ultimate 64 related changes

Note: On the 1541 Ultimate II (non plus), there is an issue with using DHCP for the Ethernet Adapter. May may want to avoid using DHCP on the 1541 Ultimate II (non plus).

Contributions (compared to 3.1a_500+_v4):

• added commands in order to mount and run d64 images via Socket (by p-a)
• Write all disk image contents before swapping disk images (my Henning Bekel)
• Add options to preload a REU image on startup (by Henning Bekel)

3.1a_500+_v4

Changes in this release:

• Ultimate DOS 1.2: Getting and setting RTC time. The latter can be enabled / disabled by ultimate settings.
• Configuration: Weekday is calculated and not queried from the user
• TCP Socket 64 can be used to change kernal, supposing kernal replacement is turned on.
