docs(vue): add libregl package

I've just released LibreGL a modern Vue plugin for integrating MapLibre into Vue apps, and I think it may be helpful for the community.

Just out of curiosity, why not use the existing one?

We gave it a try, but it didn't align with our future projects, as we rely heavily on MapLibre and DeckGL.

This library was specifically created to to support DeckGL layers, the docs mentioned this, and we think that this is more organized and the docs is a bit clearer.

Please feel free to close the PR if it's going to conflict or something.

I'm mainly trying to "join forces" as much as possible instead of splitting the ecosystem.
Have you tried reaching out to the devs of the other library to see if you can share knowledge, add features that you need?
I'm not against merging this PR, don't get me wrong, there are other frameworks like react and svelte that has more than one package, but since you are in version 0.0.0-alpah-1 I have to ask if this gap can't be bridged...
