tests which don't create/insert/drop temp tables in mysql text db are tagged.
CTEST_PARALLEL_LEVEL is in game. resource file is required. ctest must be run as: ctest --resource-spec-file /opt/work/resource.json
it is copied to tests folder, to clean it oneshot
remove internal fixture when gtests runs under ctest. That keeps gtests standalone, but allow them to run in parallel under ctest.
