Looks like Alexa is understanding "Arktis Straße", "Kiss Straße" or "Artzes Straße". Should we add those to the canteen slot and map them to the Mensa Arcisstraße?

Still not really working, but just removed Arcisstraße from the officially supported list of canteens.
