Move viking to pure esm package.

  • Removes babel
  • Allows to be imported without asset bundling

TODO

  • using package requires namespacing (@malomalo/viking) for asset bundling
  • dynamically generate exports in package.json
  • dynamically generate exports in root file (viking.js)
