Initial pre-release

This is the initial pre-release of the CLI. Please contact us if you have any issues!

We recommend downloading, ensuring the file is executable (something like chmod +x {filename}), and creating an alias so that you can write malloy-cli from anywhere and have it work.

Please note that the macOS binaries are unsigned, so you will need to explicitly allow it to run in the macOS security/privacy settings.
