작업 이유
dev와 prod 도메인을 다르게 하기 위함.
작업 내용
1.도메인 상수를 env를 활용하도록 수정하였습니다.
2. secret에 VITE_DOMAIN_DEV와 VITE_DOMAIN_PROD를 추가하였습니다.
3. 깃허브 액션에 env 추가하였습니다.
