What this library does

Provides wrappers for php applications to make requests to resources on Klout.

What are the basic methods?
---------------------------

	KloutIDLookupByName($network,$id)
	 * Looks up a Klout ID from a Network Screen Name
	 * $network The Network
	 * $screenname The Network Screen Name to look up

	KloutIDLookupByID($network,$id)
	 * Looks up a Klout ID from a Network ID
	 * $network The Network
	 * $id The Network ID to look up

	KloutIDLookupReverse($network,$id)
	 * Looks up network details from Klout ID
	 * $id The Klout ID to look up


	KloutUser($id)
	 * Looks up Klout User Details and Score
