Chatbot that listens to you all the time. This Chatbot is specifically designed to cater to any organisation needs like a college or an university. It reads your questions, scans the keywords and uses Natural Language Processing to provide accurate answers quickly.

It can obviously be implemented on a per organisaton basis.

Example: In a college, there are students who needs to know where the library is, staff timings, teachers availability and much more. This chatbot learns new things, understands keywords, stores them and maps into meaninful answers.

Admin logs into the system, adds answers to various questions. Chatbot will read the questions, map the keywords and stores the answers associated with it. It continues to learn new keywords and add them into its KnowledgeBase. If it doesn't know something, it detect an error and informs the admin. Admin can then log in and update if required.
