* What?

This project includes two Python scripts to:
 1) scrape Finnish election results from http://192.49.229.35/ in HTML format
 2) parse scraped HTML to a convenient dictionary in JSON or pickle format

* Usage:

# pull election results of Finnish 2012 election results (replace URL with the elections you are interested int)
pull_results.py http://192.49.229.35/TP2012K1/s/tulos/lasktila.html matched_pages.pickle

# parse results in scraped HTML
parse_results.py matched_pages.pickle parsed_results.json

* Output

File parsed_results.output is in JSON format that is:
{ "<URL of local area results>" : { "<candidate name>" : <number of votes as string>,... }, ...
