Run LOA-Details installer (You should uninstall previous verisons)

Raw socket implementation (meter-core)

Why should i turn on raw socket

If the meter is not working for you (especially for vpn users), it can be great for you to switch to raw sockets
If you have issues or don't want to install npcap
Important to note that raw socket requires admin rights & firewall rules that may be

How does it work

Once you enabled it in the settings, you'll have to restart loa details
Raw socket needs admin rights, so you will want to accept UAC request when asked to
If you see cmd terminal popping, it's the relauncher scripts & firewall rules being set, i'll see if i can manager to hide them in the future
If raw socket is not working for you, you'll want to verify that details started as admin correctly and that the firewall rule "lost-ark-dev" has been added
