This PR updates Step 4 of the tutorial - Managing study data. This mostly updates the text and screenshots to reflect the changes to the site since the tutorial was created.
Fixes #191
Note: The base branch for this PR is the one with changes to contacting participants. I based this branch off of the other one because they both make changes to the same tutorial-manage-data file and I wanted to make sure that I didn't duplicate any of those changes.
