Attempting Reconnection, but always soft reconnect is failing and full reconnect disconnect all members

Describe the bug
When on a call, switching between wifi and cellular data, or turning off and then on wifi, disconnects the participants from the room, unlike the behavior of the iOS sdk.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1 - Issue a call between 2 users
2 - Switch between wifi and cellular data or turn off and on the wifi
3 - Observe the behavior.

Expected behavior
When the user turns off and on his wifi or switching between cellular data to wifi, we expect a seemless reconnect and the call to continue normally same as the iOS sdk.
