For AoE items, the order in which the targets recieve the effect was not consistent through all types of areas.
This harmonizes this order, by following these rules:
- Cells closer to the center of the area are always affected before cells farther from the center.
- Cells at the same distance from the center are affected in counter-clockwise order, starting from positive X direction.
