Rebuild x86/x64 with Spout version 2.007.013 files
Version 2.031

Download SPOUTCAM_v2031_30-12-23.zip below
Unzip to any convenient location
Refer to readme.txt for options
Run SpoutCamSettings and allow administrator access
If you see an "Un-Register" button, click to unregister existing SpoutCam
Click "Register" to register the new version.
