Visual Studio 2022 build updated for revised SpoutDX.

Download SPOUTCAM_30-12-22.zip below
Unzip to any convenient location
Refer to readme.txt for options
Run SpoutCamSettings and allow administrator access
If you see an "Un-Register" button, click to unregister existing SpoutCam
Click "Register" to register the new version.

Several revisions during development have incremented the version to 2.026.
