Add support and review which FlowMod matching fields will accept a mask

Currently, in the openapi spec we haven't made it explicit witch of the matching fields should support a mask. As of now, of_core with its subclasses MatchField can parse accordingly, but some of them might crash, so we should document which one we intend to support and later on update the non strict match logic to take that into account as well
