• Updated tests (unfortunately had to eliminate M-step test because it can no longer be carried out independently, but then it wasn't a very good test anyway)

• Cluster mask summing now done within the loop rather than for all clusters at once, also found a little mistake in the Cython code that would have been slowing down the M-step
