patching 2 changes 1) use devnet since now devnet supports passkey 2) use the updated digest format: https://github.com/sui-foundation/sips/pull/36/files#diff-4e60a52e384e4e8d847debe81df94d6439a31b58d5527190dcf06016b5e601bbR119 (we went back and forth on this decision but keeping it 32 bytes is the cleanest. )
