New eclipse features, etc. (#34)

* Search for locally-visible lunar and solar eclipses, with display of local eclipse circumstances. * Improved accuracy of lunar eclipse drawing and timing. * New option to restore the last-used time, location, and view. * Last selected event navigation option is retained.
