Release notes

Welcome to the first early preview release of the upcoming Syndie rewrite in Go.

WARNING

  • Here be dragons
  • This is not ready for general use therefore we recommend not using it in this state.
  • This release requires a Syndie archive server listening at localhost:8080 to fetch messages for bootstrapping purposes.
  • Posts to channels may not be authenticated and unauthorized messages may show up where they don't belong or where they have been "removed".
  • Not all posts are being successfully imported or displayed in their respective channels.
