I'm working on an analysis with data of adults in a diverse metro. I'm worried that my results are overestimating the Latino population (which tend to be younger in this area), and I'm thinking it may have to do with the census data. Right now, it uses race-ethnicity for the entire population. Is there a way to specify the census table for adults only 18+?
