• Added karnaf_mail_rules table to the SQL schema.
• Added mail rules support to fetch-emails.php.
• Let mng_editsql.php manage the karnaf_mail_rules table.
• Added check_user.php - an option to check LDAP user.
• Cosmetic CSS changes for the div statuses.
• Added last note to mylist.php and more cosmetic changes (colors, etc).
