Enhanced File Selection

Many new features including:

• ability to skip certain files based on their position;
• filtration and exclusion based on regular expressions matching the filename;
• download directory may be specified by environment variables;
• control over delimitation between the filenames; and
• alternative long names for options.

Support for Kali Linux

Added support for Kali Linux's stat command which is different from the one used by Darwin. Also fixes bugs with the -n option.
