  • We cited circlize by the Research Resource Identifier (RRID:SCR_002141) but forgot to cite the original publication: Gu, Zuguang, Lei Gu, Roland Eils, Matthias Schlesner, and Benedikt Brors. "Circlize Implements and Enhances Circular Visualization in R" (Bioinformatics 30(19), 2811–2812 (2014)) per authors' instruction in the software startup message. We apologize for the oversight.
  • In Figure 1B, the mitochondrion and the mouse icons were designed by Freepik and obtained from Flaticon; the neuron icon was designed by Nadiinko and obtained from Flaticon. We apologize for the missing attributions in our publication.
