Description

  • Add GNU APGLv3 license
  • Add contributing guide
  • Add editor config
  • Implement basic structure for DigitalOcean functions
    • Add basic function for hello world
    • Add function to get version
  • Add pull request workflow
  • Add release workflow
  • Add tests for getting versions
