Initial 5.4.* support

Bumping Laravel requirement to 5.4

For now I'm just bumping the composer requirement to 5.4 for Laravel. I need to go through and resolve a number of issues, however this is something extremely quick to hopefully make some peoples lives easier, as this package *should* still work with 5.4.
