Kanister Validating Webhook with cert-manager

Create a reference architecture document for using Kanister validating webhook with cert-manager deployed in the cluster.

This is likely going to be a 2-step setup workflow; set up cert-manager with a CA issuer, then deploy Kanister with the new options defined in #1515. Then make sure the validating webhook is still doing its job of validating blueprints, actoinset, profiles etc.
