DNSJava NIO Version 1.0.5

This version of DNS Java splits the demonstration code, and framework. The demo code has been added to the dnsjnio-demo project. The primary change to this release is to add back single port UDP operation. This should only be used in a protected environment where the target DNS servers are on the same network. Additional Javadocs have been added which describe the added functionality and risks.
