Set of keyboard shortcut bindings to match ReSharper (IDEA flavor).
Also includes default Visual C# 2005 shortcuts and IntelliJ shortcuts where possible.

Copy this into the [VisualStudioInstallDir]\Common7\IDE.
Rename it to "ReSharper for IDEA.vsk"
Then select "ReSharper for IDEA" from Tools->Options, under Environment->Keyboard.
Look for "Apply the following additional keyboard mapping scheme" drop-down box at the top of the setting page.
