3D Quantum Cuts for Automatic Segmentation of Porous Media in Tomography Images

Official MATLAB code for the manuscript titled '3D Quantum Cuts for Automatic Segmentation of Porous Media in Tomography Images' submitted to Elsevier Computers and Geosciences journal.

How to use it

For demo, run the main.m script file to generate the outputs. Then run visualize.m to see the segmentation resuls.

Reproduction

To reproduce the results in the paper, please download the complete dataset from the following link:

https://data.mendeley.com/datasets/mx4hkgsnfn/2

and place the columns in the simupor_dataset folder.
