1.- Added updated hacbuild.
2.- Removed nstool and nspBuild
3.- Added modifications for nut libraries
4.- Added multi-content building options for xci and nsp.
5.- Removed old assistant bat files and replaced them with XCI.bat and NSP.bat
6.- Changed options in option file.
7.- Ability to link options files editing NSCB.bat header
8.- Fixed error in configuration file.
